REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

My Aim is to supply my customers with the best quality products. While we offer a 100% money back Guarantee there are some guidelines to be followed.

If you are not 100%happy with your purchase, Email me or phone with your concerns within 7 days of receiving your items and I will do what I can to make sure your are happy. PLEASE choose carefully as there is no refund on goods if you change tyour mind only if goods are faulty (see below).

In each case we will require some information regarding the defect and will arrange to replace the product with the same or similar product to your liking or refund your money (items must be returned)

Please remember that normal wear and tear does not qualify as a defect.
All complaints must be submitted within 1-week of receiving the product.

You may not claim under this Guarantee when the Product is damaged as a result of:

• Damaged in transit (contact Australia Post Claims Dept)
• Commercial use, accident, fair wear and tear, negligence, abuse, or misuse; including, without limitation,
• failure to use this Product for its normal purpose and/or in accordance with instructions on proper use or
• PLEASE choose carefully as this guarantee does not apply if you simply changed your mind on your purchase

Returned items must come back in exactly the same condition they were in when shipped. The item must be returned immediately.
The returned item must be insured for the full amount. Until I receive the item, you are liable for all costs if lost in transit.
No returns or refunds on any Cut items. Due to custom fees, we do not accept returns on International orders.
If you wish a more secure option please request this at time of placing order, additional fees will apply according to option chosen i.e. registered post including insurance etc.
I will not take responsibility for items lost in transit if you choose a less secure option.

• Refunds are issued immediately via direct deposit upon receipt of an accepted return in good condition.
• There are no refunds on items that are returned Damaged unless we have agreed to the conditions above before  hand.   
• There are no refunds on cut items such as ribbon, fabrics or trims.
• There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
